  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the size/weight of the package.

  • Delivery Times: Vary depending on your location. Because many of our products are fragile (e.g., glass shades, chandeliers), they require careful handling, which may occasionally impact transit times.

  • Damage in Transit: If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new lighting. Our policy includes:

  • Eligibility: Uninstalled, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Custom or modified fixtures are non-refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfillment.

  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned fixture is received and inspected.

7. Customer Responsibility

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not violate any laws, infringe upon intellectual property rights, or engage in fraudulent activities on our platform. Furthermore, we strongly advise that all hardwired lighting fixtures be installed by a licensed and qualified electrician. LightOpen is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation.
